It was established in 2012 with registered capital of 50 million yuan and an area of 260 mu. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development and production with industrial filter series products. It has been approved as "Weifang automobile filter" by Weifang Science and Technology Bureau. Paper Engineering Technology Research Center is a member unit of filter branch of China Automobile Industry Association. The company has passed the TS/16949 international auto parts quality management system certification, and listed in Shandong Property Rights Trading Center (referred to as: Longde Science and Technology, equity code 300239).

    The company invested 200 million yuan in the first phase, built a high-grade filter paper production line for automobiles, introduced advanced production technology and manufacturing equipment, and produced 10,000 tons of high-grade filter paper for automobiles annually. The base paper production line adopts the most advanced slant screen forming and drying penetration technology in China. The coating production line imports the German VITS coating machine and glue mixing system with the leading international level. At the same time, it matches the German WK exhaust gas recovery combustion system (RTO), which realizes clean production and environmental protection and energy saving. At the same time, it was equipped with MFP3000 filter material testing system of PALAS company, as well as advanced air permeability meter, aperture meter and other testing equipment generally recognized by the international filter material industry, and established advanced laboratories for raw material testing and analysis, constant temperature and humidity of finished products, which provided reliable guarantee for ensuring product quality.
