On September 27th, designated as "Weifang Talent Day," the 2024 Weifang Talent Innovation and Development Conference and Key Industrial Chain Talent-Industry Exchange Meeting were held at the Fuhua International Convention Center in the morning. Group Chairman Yin Peinong was honored with the "Weifang Talent Scout" Award.
The "Weifang Talent Scout Award" aims to recognize the significant contributions made by representatives of entrepreneurs in the city who have played a leading role in attracting and introducing top-tier talent, thereby making important contributions to Weifang's talent initiatives. City leaders presented the awards to the recipients.

The group has established a vocational training school, allocating dedicated funds for professional knowledge training, creating a platform for lifelong career empowerment and continuous growth for employees. Approved by the relevant authorities, the group actively conducts independent evaluations of skilled personnel, accelerating the cultivation of technical talent and enhancing the professional skills of employees.
