According to the "Management Measures for the Selection of" Yishan Craftsmen "in Linqu" and the "Notice on the Recommendation of Candidates for" Yishan Craftsmen "in Linqu", after a series of procedures such as screening, evaluation, inspection, and publicity, our group's two comrades Zhuang Wenping and An Ling were awarded the honorary title of "Yishan Craftsman" in Linqu.

Two comrades, Zhuang Wenping and An Ling, came to our group immediately after graduating from university. They took root in the enterprise, established themselves in their respective positions, and worked on the production line for over 20 years.
